Renovation and expansion of existing terraced bed-sit house into 19 high quality HMO units with emphasis on energy efficiency and conservation. This project was a joint venture between our client and Kensington & Chelsea Borough Council, with sponsorship from City of Westminster and Energy Saving Trust,  to create a flagship for energy efficient homes.

The project also included the creation of a high specification interior designed self-contained 2 bedroom basement flat with courtyard.
